Ugh, sea wrack good!

Wow, the sea wrack has been plentiful at the beach lately, we have been patrolling it looking for lots of goodies that wash up with the Sargassum sea weed.  A lot of people thinks it is ugly but I think it is beautiful!  It provides a safe area  for small fish and baby sea turtles to rest and hide in.  It also provides food for shore birds when it washes up on shore.
So far we have found lots of Sea Beans, Whelk egg case, star fish and unfortunately lots of trash.

Sargassum sea weed or Sea Wrack
