My favorite critter

I was going through some of my photos and found these.  I love watching pelicans fly in their v-pattern overhead.  Haven't snapped that photo yet...someday I'll have my camera at the right time and place.  These are some of my favorite pelican pix-

I've often said, "If I get to come back in a 2nd life, I want to be a pelican."



Interesting website

Here is a website that has the sound of shrimp snapping, plus many more sounds to hear.  I never knew a seahorses and lobster make sounds.  Pretty neat.

NOODLE WATER!!!

When I rounded the curve this morning, there it was- NOODLE WATER!  I had to curb my excitement and watch it for a few hours before I could grab my noodle and head to the beach.  What is noodle water???  Its crystal clear, coke bottle green, flat, and just the right temperature.  It looks like this-

COME ON IN, THE WATER IS JUST PERFECT!

I am sooo tired!

It was me versus the weeds today and I believe I won. I remember now why yardwork is not for me.  But, it had to get done as we are having some important visitors tomorrow and we wanted our park to shine!

It finally stopped raining!

Have been cooped up inside, with so much rain, inches and inches!  My swimming pool is FULL!

Went walking on the beach at sunset... low tide and clear water. Nice way to end my day...
